Terms of Service

These terms govern business use of eSIM Office by companies, their employees, resellers and integration partners.

ESIMOFFICE LLC · State of Wyoming, USA · Last updated September 2026

1. Agreement and authority

These terms form an agreement between ESIMOFFICE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("eSIM Office", "we"), and the organisation using the service ("Customer", "you"). By creating an account you confirm that you are authorised to bind your organisation to these terms. The service is intended for business use, not for consumers.

2. The service

eSIM Office provides a platform to browse, purchase, assign and manage mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles for employees, together with billing, approval workflows, reporting and an optional partner API. Mobile connectivity itself is provided by licensed local mobile network operators through our authorised wholesale partners.

3. Delivery

A plan is delivered when we issue the digital activation details for the profile — the activation server address, matching identifier and QR code — to the designated recipient or to your account. Because delivery is digital and immediate, issued profiles are non-returnable once activation details have been provided, except where required by law or where we confirm a technical fault on our side.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Ensure employee devices are eSIM-capable and not locked to another carrier before purchasing.
  • Keep member details accurate and maintain each member's permissions, including whether purchases require approval.
  • Keep account credentials and API keys confidential, and revoke keys or members that are no longer needed.
  • Have a lawful basis for entering employee data into the platform and inform those employees as required.

5. Coverage, fair use and acceptable use

Coverage, speed and availability depend on local operator networks and are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Plan allowances, validity periods and operator fair use policies are shown before purchase and apply to all usage; operators may throttle or suspend usage that breaches their fair use policy.

You must not use the service to:

  • resell or redistribute plans outside an agreed reseller or partner arrangement;
  • operate SIM boxes, bulk gateways, spoofing or other network abuse;
  • breach applicable law or a local operator's terms; or
  • attempt to access another customer's, reseller's or partner's data, or to disrupt the platform.

6. Prices, invoicing and taxes

Prices are the retail prices shown in your account at the time of order. Orders create an invoice payable according to the terms stated on it; card payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes and statutory charges are determined by your billing jurisdiction and added where required. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of ordering, and a plan is fulfilled once its invoice is settled.

7. Resellers and partners

Reseller accounts and partner API access are granted under a separate commercial arrangement covering commission and scope. Each API key is bound to a single account and gives access only to that account's catalogue and orders. We may suspend a key or account that is used in breach of these terms.

8. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process employee data on your behalf we act as your processor; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request from security@esimoffice.com.

9. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party provider incidents and carrier outages may affect the platform or connectivity. Support is provided by email during business days.

10. Warranties and liability

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to ESIMOFFICE LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss caused by carrier network outages, device incompatibility or incorrect recipient details supplied by you.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time; outstanding invoices remain payable. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these terms or unlawful use. Plans already delivered continue for their remaining validity where the operator permits.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will notify account administrators of material changes; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and each party waives any objection to that venue. Questions: security@esimoffice.com.
